  • Exhibit A does not own or provide raw financial data. Our platform translates and modifies licensed data into market insights and educational content for financial advisors.
  • Users cannot export, download, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer raw data or charts derived from FactSet or S&P Dow Jones Indices.
  • Exhibit A is authorized to create up to 120 static charts per licensing period for distribution to a subscribed user base. Exceeding this limit is a material breach of our licensing agreement.
  • Users must not use our content to create investment products or facilitate automated trading strategies based on financial indices.
  • Charts and other materials can only be accessed and used while an active subscription is maintained. Users are prohibited from retaining or using charts after canceling their subscription.
  • Any misuse, unauthorized access, or distribution of data will result in termination of access and potential legal action.
